--> Troubleshooting SIM card issues

Top FAQs commonly asked by our Siyata Customers
  1. Ensure that Mobile Network is Turned On for the SD7.  Look for Cellular Signal bars and the 4G LTE Icon at the top:
    • Menu > Network > Cellular > Cellular Data > Click to On/Off - If it says click to "On", click the top         knob down once, it should say "Click to Off" when it is set up correctly.
  2. If the previous step shows "Click to Off", ensure that the SIM card is seated and secured properly underneath the battery and that the SIM card tray is locked in place (image below).  The SIM card itself should be seated with the copper side towards the device metal prongs and the top left corner of the SIM should have the slanted edge (45 degree angle).

  3. If the SIM card is locked in place correctly, and the device still does not work, please double check the Mobile Number, IMEI and SIM card number are all aligned in you Wireless Carrier Business Account for this line.
  4. If all of the above are correct, it may be that the SIM card has an issue and the SIM card will need to be replaced.
  5. You can always try another working SIM card from a different SD7 device and place it into the device having issues.  If the device works, then you know the original SIM card is bad and will need to be replaced by your Wireless Carrier Sales Rep.
