All Data Reset
- If the device does not check in to our Esper MDM, an All Data Reset may be required.
- Click down on Rotary Dial to access the Siyata SD7 Menu
- Scroll to System, and click down on Rotary Dial
- Scroll to Reset Opt, and click down on Rotary Dial
- Scroll to All Data and click down on Rotary. Click down 1 more time to Confirm All Data Reset.
- Allow 5 mins for the device to Factory Reset and reprovision to our MDM.
- If you are in a limited 4G coverage area, or have a data restricted SIM, you may need to connect your device to an Open WiFi connection so it can pull down its configuration.
